A-This product has very low viscosity and good dispersibility which enables itself to permeate into the net strand and wrap every strand of the net. Active ingredient covers with uniform distribution on the net surface. Thus the coating rate is increased.
B-The product film has high drag reduction effect in sea water in order to improve the ability of antifouling by physical conditions.
C-This product is designed with low solid content in order to keep film forming materials very light which cause small burden on nets for safety.
D-The validity of anti-fouling is designed to be one or two peak growth seasons of the ocean organism which is the same season as marine farming. It also can be adjusted to reduce or increase the validity of anti-fouling if necessary.
E-This product would not lead to any plastic pollution in water environment as well has no toxic effects on aquaculture products.
F-This product would not have any erosive effects on nets during its using and it can be recoated directly for the use in the next breeding cycle.

This product has different coating rates according to different types and materials of nets.
The chart below shows coating rates of common nets that is for reference only.
Notes: Data mentioned above is based on the net materials that our company used in testing period. The practical coating will be depend on the net condition itself including its age, number of strands, surface fouling and so on.
Proposal for applying
We propose to apply dip-coating for our product. According to the size of net, it can be processed piecewise.
According to the situation of the sea environment and validity target of anti-fouling, we can adjust the solvent contents to coating which can reduce or increase the validity by 20%.
Re-coating is possible if necessary on extreme target.

Our product all adopts dip-coating method which requires professional equipment to conduct operation. We do not recommend to be operated by customer in case of the negative influence on antifouling effect.
Generally, no supplemental coating plan is made for this product and only if the customer agrees with their understanding for the validity period of the antifouling effect allowed.
